Lane House Flowers grew -
literally – out of my lifelong love affair with the garden and the amazing countryside around me, and my wedding and party flower designs reflect this passion for all things seasonal and natural.
Like many artisan florists, I’m largely self-taught (though I have been lucky enough to train with some of the ‘greats’ in the floristry business).
My studio and cutting garden outside Farnham in Surrey is always buzzing with activity and experimentation; when I’m not working on bridal designs or thinking about how to make installations work, you’ll find me happily at work in the potting shed or greenhouse with the next batch of flower seedlings. Or I might be at New Covent Garden Market checking out the amazing variety of British and imported flowers there, or perhaps chatting to a local flower farmer about their produce.
The excitement goes on and on – and the result is extraordinarily gorgeous flowers for my lovely clients.
